I’ve been asked what roaster and beans I’m using, so here are the details:

• West Bend Poppery II - A simple air popper that people are using. ($18 shipped from Ebay)
• Green beans from Sweet Maria’s - I bought a scattering to try:
• Bolivia Organice Peaberry de Montana
• Brazil Fazenda Brauna Peaberry
• Espresso Monkey Blend
• Timer
• Collander
• Pizza pan

And that’s it! It’s fun and economical to bust out 3 ounces and do a micro-roast.
